Some texts not being delivered eventhough showing up as delivered
I've noticed a few times that a text doesn't go through. In eirtext pro the message is displayed in the sent list but doesn't appear in the sent list on the o2 website. I usually only notice a while after when I don't get a reply from someone. The text is displayed in blue even after refreshing message status

Okay, thanks. I will put this down to an issue on O2's side, as they were having a lot of issues with the webtext service at the start of the month. Please let me know if the issue pops up again.

No these were Irish numbers. I thought it may might have been that I didn't have the +353 prefix included but I also checked this and the numbers had the prefix, as with all my contacts' numbers. Is there any way to cross reference this with O2 logs? -

Inappropriate?No, I can't. That's how I figured out that the recipient never got the message as when I went into the sent tab in the webtext page the messages didn't appear there. The message in eirtext pro came up as a blue colour so I don't know how it figured that out. Does it only go yellow if it finds the message on the site that says "Not delivered"?

Inappropriate?They'll appear as blue if they don't show on O2.ie. This is to prevent old messages from showing up as undelivered (the O2.ie site only stores a certain amount of messages in your sent history).
Do you have any issues connecting to the O2 webtext site from Safari on your iPhone?
Also, do you have push sending enabled in the EirText settings?

Inappropriate?Now and again I have problems connecting to the o2 site but I find I have problems connecting to that site no matter where I am or what I'm using to connect, iphone, computer, firefox, safari.

Does the problem persist when push is switched off?

Inappropriate?I'm not sure about 3G v home internet. Also, not sure about the push setting. This has only happened around 3 times. In one evening i was sending a few texts and one text out of say three or four didn't send, I didn't change any settings in between those texts. I was at home connected to my wireless internet.
