Standard SMS will be sent to your phone or the iPhone's Messages app.
EirText only receives messages sent from EirText Pro or EirText for Mac users who have Push Sending enabled.

Inappropriate?Apple do not allow access to the SMS database, so no app on the App Store will do this.
