What is the proper order of installation?
I got all the stuff for a Cablecast 4.8 upgrade for my SX4 and 2 CG-250's. What is my order of install? I was sent the following. Frontdoor 5.3.3, Cablecast Control Modules 4.8.4, Cablecast 4.8.4, Cablecast SX4.8 Drivers, Carousel Framework 5.27 and Carousel 5.27. Do all of these have to be installed and what order are they to be installed in?

Inappropriate?Here's an update. I did SX Drivers, Front Door, Carousel Framework and Cablecast. Two other questions I have 1) In regards to cablecast control modules install do I just leave it on Local system account? Our files are played off of the SX4. 2) I can't get the SX configuration icon to appear in my system tray. I have a funny feeling these two things are related. -

If I remember correctly, you're upgrading your SX from 4.7 to 4.8, right? If that's the case, we have a guide that walks you though the process (that particular upgrade path is a bit tricky).

Sorry your having issues, that upgrade is a bit tricky. I was going to suggest you open a support ticket and let us into your machine to help you, but after checking it seems like thats already happening :)
