Dock Icon doesn't Hide.

Yup it's in the Applications folder, and i'm sure it's writable by the user.

Is there anyway I can check any logs to see why it crashed? I'm not very used to OSX.

Patch doesn't work for me on TinyGrab 1.0.3.

The patch was made for 1.02 only, have you tried doing it the normal way for 1.03?

The patch works for 1.02!! And the problem goes away with the patch..

Same problem today. Running latest version. I can't get the dock icon to go away.

Try moving TinyGrab to your desktop and changing the dock icon setting.
Does it work then?

I wrote a quick shell script fix for this. To hide a dock icon in OSX, you have to have the NSUIELement-key in the Info.plist set to 1 (it doesn't exist in the plist that comes with tinygrap 1.04. Run the script (i think sudo is required) and relaunch tinygrab, the dockicon should not appear. This doesn't allow for the icon to reappear though, so you'll have to do that manually. Go into the info.plist in /Applications/TinyGrab.app/Contents and change the NSUIElement to 0 or remove it again. you can download the script here and see the source here (for checking to see if i'm not rm /*-ing you)
