Cannot enter the Sync settings into a 5310 XpressMusic!!

I live in Jordan, and I have a 5310 XpressMusic. I am trying to enter the settings manually, I go to Menu->Settings->Sync and backup->Server sync->Server sync, I get a message saying "No settings found. Contact your service provider."

Any idea what causes this and how to solve it? Or even if I am even doing this the right way?!!!
