Hi Diane,

Our desktop sync engineer informs me that our desktop sync client syncs with Outlook. As long as you have a version of Outlook that's compatible with a 64-bit system it should work. We are not aware of problems installing desktop sync to a windows PC also.

Would you mind telling us more about the problem?

Hi Heidi,

I'd love to further investigate this problem for you. My guess is you may still have the "Daily Schedule Summary" turned on for these groups that you do not want to receive information from anymore.

You can change this setting by opening the calendar application and select "Calendar > Daily Schedule Summary" from the top application tool bar. A wizard will pop-up to guide you through. I believe the second step of this wizard allows you to turn "on/off" which cloud computer you want to receive data from.

Please let me know if this works for you or if you need anymore help =)

For anyone who's interested, AirSet recently released a new premium cloud model at business.airset.com. The pricing is the same as a regular premium computer, however, this new model comes with the added benefit of the "Manage A Project" tool.
