Hmm, when we go to www it is working for us. It could be that your browser or your ISP has it cached.

We did look up the domain and none of the nameservers are pointing to us, so we can't see any reason why it would go to our parking page.

It sounds like you will need to go into your DNS management and create a new A record with either "www" or an asterix (*) before the domain name. If that doesn't work, let us know the domain name and we can go in and take a look.

Sorry for any confusion. We do not allow transfers within the first 5 days of registering your domain, which is a standard practice. Since you registered this domain on January 7, please give this transfer another try on January 12. It should work for you then.
