Let's wait a few minutes and see if the a dedupe job that is running will remove most of the dupes. As far as I can tell there are a lot of remove commands being sent to your BB now. Can you confirm in a few minutes and see?

If you are still getting MORE dupes then the loop is still active. If you are not getting more dupes then run the deduper (in soocial.com > tools > deduper ) and you should have a lot less in a few minutes after your BB syncs again.

Myattp, I think I found you in our users - you have a BlackBerry, iPhone and two Gmail accounts hooked up, right? It looks to me like you have either Google Sync on your BlackBerry or Exchange setup on the Blackberry. It looks like there is an external loop outside of Soocial that is closing the loop with Soocial and thus triggering a tremendous amount of dupes. If you can find the loop then hit the dedupe button your contacts should return to normal pretty fast!

Jeff, can you send us an email? (support@soocial.com) include your username so we can look at what is causing the duplicates and fix the problem for you?

Thanks for you message - we are aware of the issue and it is most likely the fact that your account is still being processed in an upgrade that took much longer than expected. It should be done in a few hours after which you can login again...

Very sorry about the hassle but the best thing you can do is wait a little bit...
