We are aware of this issue. The reason it's like this (for now) is because managers can run more complex reports (include all users, filter by clients ...) and they should net be able to do this on reports that are not managed by them. The question that we haven't answered yet is what to do when a manager creates a complex report but includes both projects that he is managing and projects that he is just a participant.

the only thing we needed was your subdomain and next time send it over email, no need to disclose that info in this public discussion :) – Ruslan, on February 03, 2010 14:53

Ruslan replied on February 03, 2010 10:56 to the question "milestone alerts" in Paymo:
If you set the milestone for the next day (in some cases 2 days in advance but after the time we run our cron) you will not get an email because the time for sending the reminder had passed.
I would say that your request for setting a reminder in 12h or 4h comes only from the attempt to test the functionality, not from a real need. In most cases you would not bother to setup milestones that are due in less then 2 days.
To sum it up:
1) Set a milestone 3 days from now
2) Check that it's assigned to someone
3) Check that the particular user has a valid email setup
4) When the date passes, check the spam in case you don't see the email (you could also create multiple milestones assigned to different users)
We received confirmations from other users that the functionality is working (we also did our own tests and they were fine)

Jan, we will take a look into what changed. But as an alternative (it's even preferred to using the "Print" button) you can use "Download as PDF" botton, both on reports and invoices. What this does is give you a PDF file (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Portable...) that you save on your computer and you can print that file. Think of it as a Word document, it's basically the same thing but you can not edit it. If you have problems opening this type of files, you should install Acrobat reader from adobe http://get.adobe.com/reader/
