I beg to differ. If you follow the instructions outlined in the video as described above, you will get the Talkshoe Pro Client to work with Windows 7 under the compatibility mode. You must set it to Vista, not XP. The video clearly tells you this. Also, don't confuse the Pro Client with the Web Client. The Web Client cannot use the compatibility mode fix since it is not a stand alone application like the Pro Client.
