You may open a technical support incident for Silverlight over the web at: http://support.microsoft.com/oas/defa... . Installation issues are considered no-charge support. You may also call (866) 234-6020 to open a support incident, hours are:

Monday - Friday 5:00 A.M. - 9:00 P.M.
Saturday - Sunday 6:00 A.M. - 3:00 P.M.
All times are in Pacific.
