taking a look at how aggressive this spammer's been, I've asked our dev team to just do a bulk delete. Sorry for the hassle. Spammers suck. – miz_ginevra, on March 19, 2010 18:13

we've gotten in touch with Andrew via email, but I agree - it's too hard to find the direct support links in the current incarnation of our website. We're actively working on updating the site, but thanks for making it clear that it's currently too hard to navigate to reach us.
Starting a topic like this is always a good way for everyone to reach us. I'm marking this as an idea so that we can be sure we're tracking it.

It's a free integration on the Google Apps marketplace, which just launched. You can find out more here:

A comment on the idea "Have a section in your dashboard where you can look at your previous topics to keep track" in Get Satisfaction:
I've marked this for "under consideration" - there's a lot of dashboard improvements we'd like to do, but I don't have a specific timeline today for when that's happening. – miz_ginevra, on March 19, 2010 15:00

I'm sorry to hear you have a troll - that's never any fun. I can always ban this person, if they're truly being abusive. Let me knwo what you're prefer to do?
My apologies for the delay in response, I've been offline for a bit.
There's a guideline to removing your community here:
http://getsatisfaction.com/getsatisfa...
But let me know your preference, and you can also always email me directly at ginevra at getsatisfaction.com.

Hi Michele! We just sent out a newsletter about this today, but here's some more information:

We're not really beta-testing, instead, we're selling it now! Drop a note to sales at getsatisfaction.com if you want to learn more.
miz_ginevra replied on March 19, 2010 01:27 to the question "Could you delete my community, please?" in Get Satisfaction:
I'm sorry Get Satisfaction is no longer going to work as customer support for your company. I'll help you through the process of archiving your community.
I'd like to remove the company completely, but of courtesy to the users of our system, we have a policy to not delete their content unless it violates our Community Guidelines. Please keep in mind that anyone, even customers, can start a Get Satisfaction community about any company. However, we certainly don't want you to feel forced into participating. So if you've decided to not use Get Satisfaction any longer we recommend this path:
1. Set a message to the community to let your members know where they can find official support. You can do that here: http://getsatisfaction.com/aeb/admin/..., under "Participation Settings"
2. Add links to where your customers can find you. You can do that on the same page under "Support Links"
3. Remove your logo. I've done this for you.
4. Set the community participation status. You can do that here: http://getsatisfaction.com/aeb/admin/..., under "Participation Settings"
5. Remove all the employees. http://getsatisfaction.com/aeb/admin/...
We can also remove your community from "circulation" so that it ceases to be indexed by Google and doesn't show up in our internal search. I've done this.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
