We recently added a big list of new feeds, which is largely the issue. As I've had time I've been cleaning up the list -- removing duplicates and dead sites, etc. And, of course, if you have an account and are logged in, you can edit topics any time, too. (Click Manage on the right sidebar.)

Re. "engagement scores under 4" -- do you mean the posts for those feeds typically have engagement scores under 4? If so, that doesn't necessarily mean anything for those feeds, since for post-level PostRank scores, the posts are only being compared to that blog's past performance, so, for example, for a high-traffic site, 4 might average 40 comments, whereas for my blog 4 might average 3 comments.

It's only in the topics where the blogs start getting compared to each other. (If that doesn't make sense, let me know.)

Looks like it's the feed format our system doesn't like -- the numbers and such toward the end. I've logged a request with the devs to sort those out and get them added to the system, and will let you know when that's done.

Not sure what you mean by the post displays. Do you mean the numbers that show up to the right of the list of posts in your WordPress dashboard, or this page: http://www.postrank.com/feed/4a86ba0a... or something else?

Also, where have you installed the plugin? I can't actually see the widget anywhere.

Hi Matt -- Thanks for the heads up. Looks like some engagement is trickling in, but we're definitely not picking up any comments. My refresh didn't work, so I suspect it's a format issue. I've logged it with the developers, and will let you know what we sort out.

Or are you referring to a lack of engagement showing up (i.e. posts are scored 1.0)?

Hi Kim -- Yeah, I was going to email the two accounts this morning. While we have a bunch of brighthub.com feeds in our system, there's something not working right, particularly with the ones recently added to Analytics.

We're looking into it, but for the time being they won't show up.

Ok, so looks like a selector issue.

Adding:

#prwidget-0-posts-wrapper {
padding-left:20px;
}

to the end of your style.css file should fix it. (In the mean time we're working on a more universal fix.)

The problem with your widget is that the theme is currently set to "nil".

"theme": "", // blueAndBlue, blackAndGray

If you select a theme here: http://www.postrank.com/publishers/cu... -- or pick the "DIY" version and customize it yourself, it will appear correctly.
