Whoops! We should have changed the status on this one. You can get to this in two ways. One, available to everybody, is on the "Popular Questions" topic browse. See ours here: http://getsatisfaction.com/getsatisfa...
This has also been implemented for some time now as part of the Management View, which is available to company employees as part of the paid service, accessible via the employee subnav at the top of the page when logged in as an employee. On this page you can slice and dice by any number of variables including "Me toos," which is the number of times someone has clicked that button.

Ted, have you seen the Get Satisfaction + Zendesk integration? it connects your Get Satisfaction community to Zendesk's trouble ticketing and internal workflow setup. We use it here ourselves! Recent overview webcast here: http://bit.ly/9Ax0Us – Lane Becker, on March 01, 2010 18:48

Lane Becker replied on February 10, 2010 19:07 to the problem "Don't trust the Kayak passthrough to Hotwire.com!" in Kayak:
Beyond the example I gave above? Not really. I compared the date to all the other windows Kayak opened up for me @ other search sites, and they were all the correct month. So perhaps it's a Hotwire problem...?
I could send you my credit card bill with the charge Hotwire won't let me remove, if you would like. ;)
Lane Becker reported a problem in Kayak on January 29, 2010 01:27:
Don't trust the Kayak passthrough to Hotwire.com!Twice now I've booked on Hotwire.com through Kayak, using the "Compare Prices" feature, and TWICE it's changed the date on me when it passed me over. It's weird -- the dates are entirely correct on the Kayak search, but a full month later on Hotwire.com.
So now I'm out $200 on a car reservation because it was a month later. Thanks a lot, Kayak. That's one way to make sure you're competitive with them, I guess; screw their customers over.
