Suzanne, take the "www." off the url and it will work.
If you want the hostname "www.blog...etc" to work, you have to set it up at your domain registrar.
Right now this is how you have "www..." set up at your registrar:
;; ANSWER SECTION:
www.blog.4inspirationsphotography.com. 7139 IN A 205.178.189.129
Compare that to how, as you noted above, "blog..." is set up:
;; ANSWER SECTION:
blog.4inspirationsphotography.com. 7144 IN CNAME suzannemcgrathphotography.typepad.com.
suzannemcgrathphotography.typepad.com. 544 IN A 204.9.177.195
To put it another way, "a.b.com" is a different hostname than "www.a.b.com". Just adding a "www." onto the beginning of a hostname doesn't automatically do anything.
Does that make sense?

Can you post a screenshot, including the address bar, of what you see when you click on this link?
http://blog.4inspirationsphotography.com
Also, are you using Windows or OS X, and which browser are you using?

It takes a while for DNS changes to propagate and for caches to clear, in fact your computer itself may be caching the old DNS. It can be very frustrating, yes.
"blog.4inspirationsphotography.com" is working for me now, and as far as I can tell you've got it set up right, though it looks like you've turned off the domain mapping in your typepad account right now.
