Hi Erik,
The other respondents here are basically correct: although TTR2 is no longer free, even if you "purchased" it when it was free, you should still be able to go redownload it. The trick is that, wherever you try to do this (be it your computer or your iPod touch), you have to do it with the same iTunes account that you originally downloaded TTR2 with.
If you end up totally stumped, I'm afraid you'll have to contact Apple support for this. They can probably help you to find a record of your original "purchase" (even if it was free), etc..

Andrea, we're going to do a query against our database in the next day or two to obtain the list of users that were affected by this bug, and how much credit they're due. We'll then be giving that credit to you for use for other tracks in the Store. If you need a refund, instead, then I'm afraid you'll have to ask Apple -- only they can provide refunds. A comment on the question "Status update" in Tapulous:
Any chance you're using a jailbroken device and have done anything to the track or theme that might cause us to realize that you've modified things? If so, that would explain your scores not posting properly, for the most part, although wouldn't explain totally bogus scores being posted.
For that, we did have a bug in 3.0, and perhaps even 3.0.1 (I cannot recall when exactly we fixed it) that would post your score too early, sometimes before the last tappers had been properly accounted for, and so that would explain the lower scores going to the leaderboards. – Jess, on January 07, 2010 06:45

Meanwhile, we will have a feature live in the next day or two where you can delete unwanted messages from your (or your daughter's) inbox.
Further down the road, we'll work on allowing you to ban people from sending messages to your (or your daughter's) inbox.
Lastly, I'm happy to go ban monsterbasher right now. That won't prevent him from sending messages to your inbox, but will keep him out of chat.

Hi Christina. So sorry. I wish we hadn't been so swamped with huge issues like this and others. Here's the update:
We fixed the bug that was allowing people to be double-charged, a day or two ago. As of Monday afternoon, we'd pulled Gaga from sale, and have only just restored it to sale now that we know the bug is fixed.
We have the ability to do a query against our database to figure out who was affected by this, and we plan to do something like give credits equal to the amount that you accidentally overspent on Gaga. We just need another day or so to wrap up some additional critical bug fixes that have been affecting data integrity across our systems. This remains high on our list of to-dos.
If you need an actual refund, you have to contact Apple. We're unable to provide those. (Not unwilling, but literally unable.)
