Miro tries for format 18 and 22. We don't try for 34 because they way it was checking the formatting was taking too long, for the majority of videos.

I suggest that you create a specific bug for this at http://bugzilla.pculture.org and provide the urls of the feeds you are trying to access.

Still not sure what a Miro 3.0 Setup would say it's downloading 2.5.4 files. If you'd like to try Miro 3.0 (not yet released) you can download it from http://pculture.org/nightlies.

If you choose the custom option on install, you can uncheck the boxes related to the search changes and only install miro.

Either you still have limewire in your registry to handle .torrent file types, or it's specified in your browser preferences.

I apologize for that. There is a bug in the zugo installer code, that should be fixed soon.

In the meantime, if you go to this page, http://www.mirostart.com/support/, there is an mirostart uninstall tool, that should help restore you browser settings.

Miro downloads the highest quality video it can detect. If there is a mp4 quality video available that isn't being downloaded, please create a bug in http://bugzilla.pculture.org and include some example urls.

If you haven't deleted any of the downloaded files, you should be able to right-click on the item and select resume seeding.

It's also possible that you hit the seeding ratio, if so, you can open the preferences and go to the downloads tab and change the ratio to a higher value.

Also, is it possible that the item is also present in another feed, and is watched there?

Then download Miro 3.0-rc3 from http://pculture.org/nightlies.

As I mentioned in your other post, Miro 3.0 has fixed the shutdown crashes and is more stable. We still have an open issue about the occassional crash or freeze at the end of playback, but it's hard to reproduce reliably and we are still working on it.

You are in luck. We've implemented subtitles for version 3.0 of MIro. You can download Miro 3.0-rc3 from http://pculture.org/nightlies and give it a try.

ps - it's more stable on windows too.
