the administrator does not automatically include the moderator function. If you want to make an administrator also a moderator, simply visit Admin -> Employees & Roles and check the moderator box.

if you go to the Admin->Employees & Roles page you'll be able to give moderator privileges to any of your employees. Once someone is marked as a moderator, he/she will see the moderation tools.

You did mention that your other premium features aren't available. Can you be more specific? I can try to help you if I know more about the issue you're experiencing.

That is correct. Official Reps are a special type of moderator.

Your community has two admins, but only one moderator. Currently the user EdgeRater has moderator privileges, but not Chris White. Should I change this setting for you?
