ouch :-) This is not a bug...we changed the bar by design to make it softer and put 100% of the focus on the content. This also increased the consistency with the wide mode (bar on the left) and the coming iphone version. Sorry to hear it is not really working out for you. We are going to work on themes in feedly 3.5. May be that will be the opportunity to improve things a bit.
A comment on the idea "Once read 'marked as read' and 'Disappear'." in Feedly:
HI Peter. There is an option under the pen icon to show unread articles. There is also a link on the right which show the history of the articles you have already read. – edwk, on February 09, 2010 04:52
edwk replied on February 09, 2010 04:34 to the problem "feeds doesn't display properly in "entire content inlined" view" in Feedly:
Hmm. When I subscribe to this feed (feed/http://fuckyeahslightlyamusing.tumblr...) and try to see it with entire content inlined, I seem to see the entire content:

I am puzzled. I am not sure what could be different between your environment and mind which could be causing this issue.
When you scroll at the bottom of the feedly page, what is the version number you are seeing? (mine is 2.x.197)

This is good news: it means that the problem is in feedly and not in the source. We should be able to fix it quickly. Will take a look tonight and keep you posted. – edwk, on February 08, 2010 21:20

A comment on the question "Photo Feed: Not as Advertised?" in Feedly:
Hi John. If you drill go to the feeds you would like to see included and set their view as photo grid (and mark the feeds you like most as favorite), it will increase the probability that they are picked up by the recommendation engine for the cover and digest. Let us know if it does not work. (Also please make sure that you are running feedly 2.x.197 or higher) – edwk, on February 08, 2010 19:37

Thanks. Will take a look at this when I am back in the office tomorrow. The simple way to determine if this is a feedly or tumblr issue is to see if you have the same formatting problem in Google Reader. – edwk, on February 08, 2010 19:24
