Chris,

The AirSet Mobile options appear only in the cart for the Personal Cloud Computer, so switch to Personal, and it should be there.

Tony's correct, colors / labels don't sync between Outlook and AirSet. Categories are unique in that Contacts categories are synced (as tags), but for Calendar category names in brackets e.g. "[The Office]" can be used to control which cloud computer they appear on.

That said, I believe Outlook provides a way to color items by category - so this could be used to help color things in similar ways.

We've extended the timeout to allow for slower server responses; the subscriptions should update automatically now, or on selection of "Refresh Subscriptions" in the calendar.

The problem seems to be that the server at http://lcni.uoregon.edu is taking 12-15 seconds to respond to the request for the iCalendar, and AirSet is timing out before that (I would guess at 10 seconds). We've not had any general reports of such a problem as this, so I would guess that this is not typical of iCalendar feeds. We'll take a look to see if we could adjust that timeout from our end.

Hi Danielle, we're continuing to look at ways to sync with the various devices out there, but don't yet have a solution for the Droid. I'm sorry to hear Google's Outlook sync isn't providing a work-around.

Hi Melinda,

The storage model at present allows1,000 files per GB of purchased storage. We'll certainly take a look at the docs to make sure this is addressed. To raise the limit for a specific cloud computer requires either increasing file storage or perhaps upgrading to "Standard" premium.

With your server down, Airset may have decided the feed no longer existed and simply quit trying to read it. Try the "Refresh Subscriptions" menu item in the "Events Shared From" menu ( in the legend at left), and also re-subscribing to the same URL. If that doesn't do it, send us feedback from the help menu with the URL and I'll see if I can't see what's up with it.

Merge Feature for Duplicated Contact Entries

We now have a feature that allows you to merge multiple entries for the same person in Contacts.

This feature is accessible directly on the Toolbar in the Contacts app. You can select all duplicates and click on the Merge button.

All data will be present after the merge. Any conflicting data will not be discarded. They will be stored and placed in a 'Public Notes' field of the newly merged contact
