Ok, I think I've fixed this particularly annoying bug. I'm pretty sure it was related to the loading of TinyMCE scripts asynchronously.

I've patched the javascript on GetSignOff, you may have to do a hard-refresh in Firefox to get the latest version (or clear cache).

I'm confident this has fixed it, please let me know if it happens again.

Hi Ralph, we are aware of this issue and working hard to find a solution. We appreciate it's annoying, will let you know when we have a fix.

Hi Ralph, I think the problem was related to a bug in the (re)ordering of templates. Hopefully this has now been fixed.
