Hi Brian...at the moment, it's only possible to have one integration of a given type, per project, and Satisfaction integration works at the product level only. We are going to enable multiple integrations per project soon, though, my guess is that it will be available within about two weeks. Sorry - hopefully you can find a workaround in the meantime.

Hi Ruedi, glad you've discovered Tracker!

With the existing integration features, you would need to do a bit of programming, and that would be to expose Kayako issues as xml that Tracker understands, on a URL. You could also write a script that uses the Tracker API to push stories into Tracker.

Same goes for exposing the backlog - you'd need to use the API (it allows you to get the entire backlog as xml). We'd like to add more RSS support in the future, beyond what's there now.

Hi...thanks for the feedback. We know it's an issue, and are thinking about ways to address it, including not showing iteration markers for empty iterations (or showing a thicker marker that represents a range of iterations).

Hi Chris, thanks for the info. The first is definitely a bug, we'll get that fixed. For the second issue, I'm not sure we can distinguish normal commits from merges, but we'll at least try and avoid adding comments for the same commit multiple times.

Hi Alan, there is no reason why you can't set up different integrations, each with the same JIRA user. The only restriction at the moment is that you can only have one active integration of a given type per project, but we may remove that restriction in the future.
