It sounds to me like you might be overwriting your content. For EACH image, there should be a file called foo.xml and a folder called foo_files. Same for the collection. You can't use the same names for multiple images or for the collection.

In your case, since the source images are only 200x200 you will only need the collection files, but you still need the image files temporarily.

If that's not it, try using the default settings for the ImageCreator and CollectionCreator rather than your custom settings and see if that fixes it.

If you can send us a few of the files from the _files/7 directory, that would help us diagnose it without sharing all of your content.

Probably. You need a column called "Image Location". You also need to click in the Excel table that you want to publish.

Yes, URLs are supported. But the Excel tool doesn't handle the case if all the filenames are the same AND the content is coming from URLs. That's probably what is happening here.

It shouldn't do that. It checks the file time to see if the image has changed and only recreates the image if needed. If your images are on an HTTP server, then it will always regenerate since it can't see the time.

The collection itself does get regenerated every time, but that's quite fast.

What image format (TIFF, PNG, JPEG) and pixel format are you using? The Windows Imaging Component that we use to read files does have some limits. If you tried your file on seadragon.com already, then post the URL of the failure.

Make sure the Filter Pane check box is checked in the Excel add-in. Also, the field titled "Description" is used as a Pivot Description, and so never appears in the Filter Pane.

It's probably fine. Just ignore the alert. Deep Zoom uses a different format for the ISMC than videos do.

There's not a specific limit, but you may run out of memory when generating collections that large.

Thanks for the feature suggestions and bug reports.

The Impressions items are for counting clicks in an advertising scenario.

Areas are for adding navigation within an existing image, rather than requiring a separate image for each place needing navigation.
