I'm having this problem too, and I found a post somewhere which explains that you can edit the post and just save it again and the notes count will show up. However, I don't want to do this with every post that gets a note on it. How can this be fixed to work as expected?

Can't remove site from inline profile

There is a Tumblr account I do not want attached to my inline profile on comments, but I cannot remove it from http://disqus.com/profile/connections/ even though it isn't listed. I even tried putting in a different Tumblr account hoping to override it, but to no avail.
