There is now a new keyfile available at http://apt.wakoopa.com/pubkey.txt. Import it using the GUI or with this command:

wget -O - http://apt.wakoopa.com/pubkey.txt | sudo apt-key add -

We're doing some behind the scenes work that cause the alerts to be delayed. It should be back on its feet again in the next few hours. The same goes for usage, we received it all but still need to process it.
