Make task email subject lines more useful
When receiving emails for a number of tasks, the subject line of task created tasks are not very useful because the standard text is too verbose.
Please make the default text more concise in the subject line so that we see more of the actual task and less of the other stuff.
I think many users would be finding the task email subjects not very useful.
Thanks

EXAMPLE:
I recently received the following in my inbox:
From Subject
GoPlan Main Project - You were assigned a newly created task (Create
GoPlan Main Project - You were assigned a newly created task (Get ev
An example is here, see how much non task data uses up the space:
This output is too verbose, all I can see of my task is "Main Project" and half of the first word of the task. Unfortnatley I can't quickly see what my task is without each time opening the email.
I suggest the following:
From Subject
GoPlan New Task (Main Project) - Create Google Doc database of supporters (Due 14 April 2010)
GoPlan New Task (Main Project) - Get all new members setup in GoPlan (Due 30 June 2010)
This format could be further enhanced if you allowed us to record a short name for each project and reported this in the header as an alternative.
ie then for a project called 'Building & Grounds Maintenance Committee), the system would just display such as BuildingsComm or BGMC or whatever, taking up less space and allowing MORE task to show in the email subject.
Also the inclusion of the due date at the end of the subject would be most useful also.
I think all users would find optimized email subjects valuable.
