some API calls don't work
A part of the API doesn't work for me. E.g. http://api.getsatisfaction.com/people... gives http status 500 and a standard error page.

Inappropriate?Thanks for the heads up. We discovered this yesterday--it was a casualty of our recent system upgrades. We will be fixing today.

Inappropriate?I am happy to report that the APIs I am using i.e. products/mozilla_thunderbird/topics.json?sort=recently_active i.e. the products API is working again
In the future, please let us know in advance when there will be another API outage > 24 hours. I need the API to be up Thursday to Monday when I do my weekly metrics gathering. (Ruby code is here: http://gist.github.com/190094 feedback welcome!)
I guess the lesson learned that if the website is down, then the API is down
