Reorder content boxes in the right hand column of the main GS page

Is it possible (as an admin) to change the order of the content boxes in the right hand column of the main page?

I would like the box containing our products and services to be at the top of the page underneath "Message from ...". It's crazy to have this valuable list of products supported by our company hidden from view at the bottom of the page.

Ideally I would also like to remove the "Your community participation" and "Community members" content boxes entirely as they just clutter up the page distracting new visitors from more useful content.
