How do I unlink my Twitter account?
I accidentally linked my professional Twitter account with my personal Get Satisfaction account. I want to use a separate Get Satisfaction account for my professional work and link it to the Twitter I use professionally. I tried revoking GS access from Twitter, but when I try joining GS again with that account, it automatically links to the old (personal) GS account.

Be sure you log out of GS after doing that before you try creating a new account with your Twitter ID.
If that still doesn't work, you could unlink it, then close your personal GS account by going to this page http://getsatisfaction.com/people/tfu... and clicking the "close account" button at the bottom. Before closing your personal account, remove your email address from it -- you can replace it with a nonsense email address. That will free that email address up to use with a new account.
Then create the two accounts fresh.

Inappropriate?I dug in a little bit, and it appears that you have two accounts in our system. So, you may have had trouble disassociating it for that reason. I've unlinked those for you, so you should be fine now, but let us know if you continue to have problems and we'll get it all fixed up.

Amy, that page may have done the trick but how do I get to it? I looked for such a page and couldn't find it. Even now that you've shown me it exists I can't find it. I would have expected to see it under Login Options but all I can do there is change my password. I've search all over the Dashboard and don't see it.
