I'm having trouble publishing via FTP.

I know the settings are correct, because I opened up Terminal and was able to connect via FTP and change to the path that is provided (I even made the deliciouslibrary folder to make sure I could cd to it), but every time I get this error.

Sorry if this was posted and solved elsewhere, but I couldn't find anything that matched what I had.
