Haven't received registration information after purchase
I purchased a copy of Silverback for one of my team, and neither she nor I have received registration information. Do you have a backlog from December? She's been using the trial -- and loving it -- but that's since expired, and she's at a stand still until we get the license we paid for... Thanks!

Inappropriate?Sorry about that. The licences are generated on the server as soon as payment has been completed, and emailed to the person making the booking. However as it's a licence file some mail client junk mail filters do end up filtering them out. So if you could have a quick look in your spam filters to see if you're received anything from clearleft, that would be great. If not, let me know the names and email addresses you used for the licences and I'll issue you new ones. You can send them to me at andy at clearleft dot com.
