It looks like you have opened DMG disk. It is a standard Finder behavior to not allow Sidebar in such situation.

However, in Finder, clicking on the white button in the upper-right will hide-reveal the sidebar.

Just clicked on the upper-right and it has revelead my sidebar then I have tried to open my finder using the Option + Command + Space shortcut and the sidebar is still there! Thank you!
