Why won't dreamweaver load after installing cs4??
Just installed the student edition of cs4. All the programs open except dreamweaver. The screen for it comes up but it doesn't initialize. If I have to re-install, can I re-install just that program? Help.

Inappropriate?I suggest you use some other applications first for a while, then restart your computer, then try launching DW again. If that doesn't work, then - yes - you can reinstall just Dreamweaver. You will need to run the installer again and de-select all the other products for reinstallation. Good luck!

Inappropriate?I fixed my problem. IF you have an ACER computer, it has a problem with Dreamweaver. I went to the link below, downloaded the patch, and Dreamweaver opened!

Inappropriate?Hi I'm using Dreamweaver CS4 on a Mac running Snow Leopard. I encountered the same problem described above. The welcome screen just won't load and I'm forced to quit the application entirely. I can still work by opening right-clicking on html files and opening them using dreamweaver. However, I can't start Dreamweaver on its own. Any suggestions?
